    Ingredients:


    1⅓ pounds cubed beef stew meat
    2 cups fresh mushrooms, thickly sliced
    1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
    1 cup milk
    2 onions, chopped
    2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
    6 ounces herb and garlic-flavored cream cheese
    1 cup fusilli pasta
    ¼ cup sour cream (Optional)


    Directions:


    Step 1:


    Combine beef, mushrooms, cream of mushroom soup, milk, onions, and Worcestershire sauce in a slow cooker.


    Step 2:

    Cook on High for 3 to 4 hours, or on Low for 5 to 7 hours. Stir in cream cheese until well dissolved; cook for 1 hour more.


    Step 3:

    Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook fusilli in the boiling water, stirring occasionally, until tender yet firm to the bite, about 12 minutes. Drain. Serve stroganoff over fusilli and garnish with sour cream.

    2) Slow Cooker Beef Stew:


    Ingredients:


    1 lb. ground beef browned and drained
    1 1/2 lbs potatoes diced large
    3 carrots sliced
    1 onion diced
    1 garlic clove minced
    6 oz. can tomato paste
    2 cups water
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. onion powder
    1 tsp. dried oregano


    Instructions:


    Add the cooked ground beef, potatoes, carrots, onions, and garlic to a 5-quart or larger slow cooker. In a small bowl whisk together the tomato paste, water, salt, pepper, onion powder and oregano. Pour this mixture over everything in the slow cooker. Stir. Cover and cook on LOW for 7 hours, without opening the lid during the cooking time. Serve with buttered sandwich bread. Enjoy!

    3) Slow Cooker Lasagna:


    Ingredients:


    1 tablespoon olive oil
    1 medium onion chopped
    1 pound lean ground beef or ground turkey
    salt and pepper
    4 cloves garlic minced
    2 24 ounce jars marinara sauce about 5 1/2 cups total*
    10 lasagna noodles uncooked, whole wheat or white (NOT no boil noodles)
    10 ounces mozzarella cheese shredded, 2 1/2 cups
    grated Parmesan cheese for serving
    fresh chopped parsley or basil for serving, if desired


    Instructions:


    Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the onion and cook for 1–2 minutes, stirring, until it begins to soften. Add the ground beef (or turkey) to the skillet and season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned and cooked through, breaking up the meat into small pieces as it cooks.


    Add the garlic and cook for 30 seconds, stirring. Remove pan from the heat. Spread 1 cup of the marinara sauce in the bottom of the slow cooker insert. Make a single layer of noodles, breaking them up as needed. Top with 1/3 of the meat, 1 cup of marinara sauce, and 2/3 cup shredded mozzarella.


    Make a second layer with noodles, half of the remaining meat, another 1 cup of sauce, and 2/3 cup mozzarella. Make a third layer with noodles, the remaining meat, 1 cup sauce and 2/3 cup mozzarella. Top with one more layer of noodles, 1 ½ cups of sauce, and the remaining 1/2 cup mozzarella.


    Cook in your slow cooker on low heat for about 4 hours, until noodles are soft. Turn off heat and let stand, covered, for 20–30 minutes before serving. Open lid carefully to keep any condensation on the lid from dripping on the lasagna. Serve with grated Parmesan and fresh parsley or basil, if desired.


    4) Slow Cooker Chili:


    Ingredients:


    1 1/2 pounds Ground Beef
    3/4 cup chopped Yellow Onion
    1 Tbsp Olive Oil
    30 oz. Dark Red Kidney Beans rinsed and drained {2 cans, 15 oz. each}
    30 oz. Tomato Sauce {2 cans 15 oz. each}
    4 oz. Green Chilies can
    20 oz. Ro-tel {2 cans 10 oz. each}
    1/2 Tsp Cumin
    1/2 Tsp Ground Mustard Powder
    3 large Garlic Cloves minced
    1/2 tsp Black Pepper
    1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper
    1 Tbsp Chili Powder
    1/2 Tsp Dried Basil Leaves
    1/2 tsp Salt


    Instructions:


    Add 1 tbsp. Olive Oil, Beef, and Chopped Onions to frying pan. Brown Beef and soften onions in frying pan. Drain juices from meat and set beef/onion mixture aside. In a small bowl, mix your Chili Powder, Cumin, Mustard Powder, Basil, Cayenne Pepper, Black Pepper and Salt. Add all ingredients {except cheese and green onions} to 6–7 quart Crockpot and stir well. Cook on HIGH for 2 hours, or LOW for 4 hours, stirring every 30 minutes. Garnish with grated Cheddar Cheese and chopped Green Onions. ENJOY!

    5) Easy Slow Cooker Pot Roast:


    Ingredients


    3–5 lb beef chuck roast
    ½ cup A 1 Sauce
    ¼ cup butter cut into slices
    salt and pepper to season roast if desired


    Instructions:


    Place roast in bottom of slow cooker. Season with salt and pepper if desired; be sure to use sparingly as the A 1 sauce has a lot of flavor in it. Next pour A 1 sauce over top of the roast.


    Place butter slices on top. Cover and cook on low 8–10 hours. Remove meat from slow cooker and serve.
