the steemit, this is a coffee fruit that has just been harvested, later this fruit will be in the sun to take the seeds.
the quality of good coffee is red as in the photo above.
even some coffee lovers, they prefer the quality coffee beans, by plunging directly into the coffee field and harvesting themselves the desired coffee. Good coffee whose fruits are red, perfectly oval, and the seeds are not defective.
as information, that in one coffee field can create a different taste of coffee. for example, coffee trees planted on flat ground, will be different with coffee trees planted on sloped ground. albeit in the same place, at the same air temperature and same height. it will affect the taste of the coffee.
