Yes, is exactly like that. And it can be upvoted on BeScouted and on steemit too simultaneously :) Just BS is purely photography community and steemit is bloging platform. And it is much easier to follow people you like and discover theit content which i find a bit troublesome on steemit. Soon we will implement commenting on BS too that will also be shared on BS and Steemit. Meaning if you comment on BeScouted you will be able to reply on Steemit and vice versa :)

Yes, you just signup on BS with your fb and yes all the earnings will show. It is the same blockchain just different interfaced specialised more for photography while steemit is for more general bloging :) We are working on the comments part now, and these will be also shared with the same rewards:) You will not even know that somebody wgo commented on your photo on BeScouted actually did it on steemit apart from the fact that you will not be able to see his BeScouted account.
