That is my favorite pose when I do portrait 3/4 rotation of face and also that helps to show the beauty of neck of course if the direction of light is good :)
The contrast from black to white is extremely professional, and rather difficult to do correctly. Even with good lighting. You have a great eye for this, one of the best! Awesome photo!
