When you are on a diet you close your eyes and see a delicious cake next to your cup of coffee. You open your eyes and only coffee with no sugar remains. Photo from a photoshoot that we did for a friend of mine who is a craftsman of knit sweaters.

Diet for women is very good, has an ideal body shape or slim. You could say more beautiful and charming. Thank you, happy to be friends with you.
Diet is often mistaken for not eating at all. healthy diet is healthy food, lots of it and physical activity.
