Bitcoin Card

I recollected while listening to Jeff Berwick that he has a Bitcoin Card which he uses to move BTC and pay his employees, etc. and I was trying to remember what that Card was that he uses to read more about it.

Currently I am just entering into the BTC and possibly other currencies and right now my coins are in Coinbase and I desire to move it to a wallet (still looking) for my phone and my computer but this 'Card' seems very interesting. Any assistance from the group would be helpful.
