Benefit of avocado
Right from childhood have always loved avocados which is also known as pear. I remember how i
disturb my mom for pear whenever she went to the market. but when I grew up I found out that
there was more to it, avocado or pear is very beneficial, from the oil to the skin and also the
fruit.
but on these post, I will be sharing with you the benefit of avocado oil for skin, hair and many
other things you can use it for.
Why avocado.
Avocado is the only fruit that has a substantial amount of healthy monounsaturated fatty acids (
MUFA), It improves circulatory function and also helps to keep the hormones balance.

like I said avocado contains fiber which helps in reducing blood pressure, it improves the body to insulin and also helps in balancing the cholesterol in the body.
avocado contains potassium which helps in lowering blood pressure thereby reducing the risk of strokes.
avocado also contains oleic acid, a monounsaturated fatty acid ( MUFA).
It helps to stop atherosclerosis in the blood vessel, which is very dangerous because it hinders blood flow because the vessel contains a lot of fat.
Avocado for hair.
: avocado has high vitamin E and vitamin B, which helps in strengthen your hair. vitamin E
helps in repairing damage scalp which prevents the growth of one's hair, vitamin b helps in

the seed of avocado can prevent dandruff, you just need to blend the seed into powder mix with
your hair cream and apply to your hair.
