Lessons from the 12 Archangels

I've started reading a book called, Lessons from the 12 Archangels by Belinda J. Womack. She's a channeler and has been on a show called Open Minds with Regina Meredith.

I've started recording these lessons orally so I can follow along while lying down, relaxing and closing my eyes.
