 Rising before the sun  

 Rising before the sun gives you a chance to experience an amazing force of energy within you.The aura around you changes, making way for tasks to be completed way before time.Make it a habit and see the magic happen.
These are the following 5 ways in which you can make efforts to wake up early. 

  1. Sleep early 

Will this is the most simple and effective way to get up early. Sleeping early allows you to complete your sleep. This energizing your batteries for the power packed day ahead.   

          2.  Chanting OM before going to sleep.

This is seriously the best technique which helps you complete your sleep effectively.Even if you have reduced sleeping hours due to work load, try this technique for atleast 3 minutes.You’ll see the results if performed daily on a consistent basis.    

          3.  Live life at ease

Living life at ease will ensure you won’t be tired mentally even if you happen to have a rough day.You can also check out this very useful video by Sadhguru ji     

         4.  Regular meditation.

You know about this but you don’t implement it. Perform atleast 5 minutes of meditation before going to sleep and see the magic happen.You’re sure to get a totally sound sleep.If you have doubts on how to perform meditation, here’s what you have to do.Follow these steps 

  • Find a sound place.
  • Relax and sit down.
  • Close your eyes.
  • Take deep breaths and focus on them.
  • Feel them.

   5.  Last but not the least, don’t use your mobile phone.Send a strong message to your self that you need to curb the use of your cell phone for atleast 15 before going to sleep.All the science tells the same thing.
