Anxiety is a feeling characterized by emotions of excitement, worried thoughts and physical changes such as increased blood pressure. Anxiety can be difficult to control as those who suffer from it usually have recurring, intrusive thoughts or concerns. While some individuals may not see anxiety like a major problem, there is a big difference between concern and anxiety. Anxiety is difficult to shake and creates challenges for any situation. Below are 8 entries that create anxiety and how to avoid having them.

  1. You avoid your fear

Avoid problems that cause stress, creating more anxiety. Imagine pushing dirt under a rug and wondering why you continue to trip over the dirt of dirt every time you go near it. The problems are still there, but the more you fight to erase them from your mind, the stronger they become.

Avoiding fear may seem reasonable, but coping with the situation can help you set the fear aside. To avoid fear will only create another in its place. As you learn to meet your demons, they can not hurt you anymore ...

How high are your expectations? Expectations are strong belief that something will happen in the future. But when things are not moving as plan, we lose control. And we feel crushed when our expectations are tarnished. Consequently, this can cause anxiety. It is good to keep in mind that expectations are anomalies. They only lead to disappointment.
Try to stop your expectations. Anxiety is usually surface when we do not get what we want. Remember, nothing in life is set in stone.

  1. You need security from others

Do you need constant insurance from others? As such, you will most likely be of anxiety. As a result, reassurance leads to an unhealthy belief in your own dignity and honor. Furthermore, if you are constantly concerned about what others think, your anxiety will always be elevated.
Learn to trust your own opinion. If you have a decision, you think you can get the best action plan. Trust is the fact that you have all the answers in you.

  1. You wash your worries away with medicines

While medication is useful, relying on a magic pill is irresponsible. In the end, medicine will probably stop working, but fear will still be there. While medicines like Xanax, Valium and Ativan have a calming effect, they give a false sense of dealing with anxiety.
You must rely on positive reinforcement to live a healthy life and ease your thoughts. Try to work out, spend time outdoors, meditate or listen to music as an alternative.

  1. You allow negative self-talk to get the best of you

Negative self-talk disturbed sleep and thinking that something is wrong with you is a part of anxiety. But when not addressed, helplessness can lead to serious depression.
So practice living in the present. One of the major effects of anxiety is overthinking about the future. Rather than letting the brain create scenarios and suffering from disasters. But rather than let your fear have the best of you. You have the power to replace your thinking with something positive. Instead, choose something that gives you pleasure.

  1. You refuse to talk about your problems

If you have discovered yourself as an anxious person, it is important to investigate the problems of trauma and past circumstances. Factors like Environmental and genetics also play a role in fear. It is important to address the problems we learn from our behavior and past experiences. Searching help and talking to someone can help you better deal with anxiety.
