First try at Markdown language Practice #1

Here Is a link to a couple posts that I have done. I am trying to learn the markdown language. This my first shot beyond bold or italics If anyone can help me with equalizing the picture size that would be fabulous. Anyhow I thought I would bring you along on my journey of learning.
