working on the edit tomorrow, made all the gifs ready for the post, will have this next one narrated too - enjoyed making the sweet potato one last week, it's a hack but it worked out. these are not really a hack but more like 'you can do that and get a burger from it?' kinda thing. either way, it makes me look at beetroot in a completely different way!
