Please don't weed kill dandelions - bees need this food badly.
Also bees need to make honey and if we but pest filled honey we're all going to destroy our bodies and brain.
Bees are currently suffering in the UK form bee deseases and we can help this diminish if we're just a bit more mindful about our actions and the conswquesces
We always weed around flowers, even native flowers like dandelions. The end of the years we're going to look into planting flower seeds on the hills side beside our place. Doing what we can to help the bees.
:) thats good to read - dandelions are beautiful to look at, just a shame so many grow in with the grass lol, I pick them all and compost if I decide I need to think them down with an all natural weed controller, made useing geranium extract, completely safe to use even with pets.
Nice to have likeminded people to chat to.
I'm always conscious about the bees and how much our food is dependent on their survival! Ty for enlightening me on this!
