Endangered species beyond birds, mammals , butterflies and trees

I saw a documentary movie on TV5 channel which said that beyond birds butterflies, mammals , birds and trees not many endangered species get any action (except in designated hotspot zones) by conservationists. I thought about how bees are less active , how the Doomsday Vault in Norway is beginning to get some flooding and started to think ,with global warming we may well get toasted in 100-200 years.
