IPA on draught and in a cocktail
We tapped this rich IPA and knew it was worth more than just a handle.
Not only does this NC IPA drink with a balance of hops and citrus, but pairs very well with grapefruit. The bar I work at have decided to keep this on our draft menu and our cocktailers have made it a mainstay of our drink list.
Frozen beer and grapefruit Ice cube. pares well with many bourbons and bourbon based drinks.
This Ice cube was created to taste especially for our cocktail. But we have found many like it so much that they have been saving them from one drink to another and pouring bourbon over them. Quite a nice find. All you bourbon and beer drinkers here is a way to cross the two without feeling like you had a barbaric night.

Fullsteam Brewery is fantastic
They Use at least 10% local ingredients by weight for all their beers. And this one is closer to 15%. Part of the reason to buy local is to keep money in our communities. And this is just another way of keeping that going.
Our cocktail is a balanced drink that one may not know exactly what went into it. with beer fruit juice and spirits its as refreshing as it is spirituous.
Both are worth enjoying and playing with. Beer does not just have to be a straight to cup presence in life. Aging and mixing are always fun too.
