Almost two years #beersaturday

I really have a lot of respect for people being persevering.
101 weeks #beersaturday is persevering for sure :)

And I'm glad to join again this week.

Texels Springtij

After introducing "Texels Skuumkoppe" to you last week I would like to follow up with "Texels Springtij".
Same brewery - other taste.
They are again playing with the name.

What tells us the back of the bottle?

Texels Springtij owes its name to the spring on Texel. The lambs frolic and jump into the meadow. The turbulent tide has calmed down. It is a blond beer with the soft full taste of the barley that is rich on the island. You taste the spring in Texels Springtij.

The special hops give this special beer of high fermentation its surprising floral character. The little yeast at the bottom of the bottle makes the beer extra creamy.

I can second all above that they promise on the back of the bottle!
On the other hand, you might expect a light beer for the springtime and not one with 7.5% and a category S :)
By the way: best served at 7 degrees C.
Also, this beer is brewed with dune water.

I really enjoyed this beer during a sunny spring #beersaturday afternoon.
Sorry, that I was a little bit late today drinking this beer so it's not photographed in the sunlight anymore. 7.5% alc. made me drink it later the day:)
