@detlev has announced the 118th #beersaturday

In his post A hot weekend needs some beer - the #BeerSaturday challenge week 118 calls all beer-lovers to participate in his challenge.

I think I found a beer worth writing about

The label is broken after opening which makes it hard to read.
What you can see is that the beer is naturally cloudy.

But what stands "HONIN @#!#@ ZEN" for?

Let's take a look at the closed bottle

"HONIN @#!#@ ZEN" stands for "HONING WEIZEN" = Honey wheat beer.
I already knew rum with honey as a liqueur which is quite well known on the Canarian Islands called Ron Miel or rum with a light taste of honey like Diplomatico - Ron Antiguo Reserva Exclusiva (Ron de Venezuela).

But a beer with honey as a limited edition?!?

Well, I bought two bottles. One for @psionic-tremors and one for me.
@psionic-tremors had her bottle some days before I opened mine. I wanted to wait until I also could make some nice photos.

Her first reaction was: WOW - this is my new favorite beer!
My first thought was: oh, please no!!! Do you know the cost of one bottle?!?

When drinking my bottle, I knew what she meant

The taste is unbelievable!
Not too sweet as one could expect and also not bitter. A perfect composition but hard to describe.
