This is what I did, I hope it is going to taste good. In the end I only did half of everything as my pot was to small for the full batch. (You can also google there are many recipes available)

Ingredients:
• Belgium Pale Malt: 4.85kg
• Pale Chocolate (Fawcett and Sons): 0.3kg
• Roasted Barley (Fawcett and Sons): 0.05kg
• Challenger Hops: 100g
• Safale s-04 Yeast: 1 packet
• Carbonation drops
Method:
• Heat 67 Celsius 1 hours and 15 min, 15 Liter water
• Increase water to 25 litter by sparging through grain with hot water (67 degrees Celsius)
• Boil 1 Hour
• Add hops 15 min after start of boiling
• Cool down to below 26 Celsius
• Ferment 2 weeks
• Bottle with carbonation drops
