A beer with dinner

I have been busy and didn't get many chances to get beer pictures this week for #BeerSaturday but I got one beer and some food pictures that I will share.

I went back to my mom's house this weekend to check on her and pick up my wife. We spent the day finishing up some organizing and doing some shopping for my mom. Then I set to work making dinner.

I started with a pork loin found in the freezer. I made a rub with some garlic, paprika, onion, pepper, salt, and sesame oil. After rubbing it on the pork I made a butter, honey, cider vinegar, garlic sauce and put it on top. After cooking for 1.25 hours we got this.

Now we needed a side dish. Pasta it is. Cooked up some rotini.

Then warmed up some alfredo sauce to go on it.

Adding some peas, and some bread made by @jamethiel, the dish was complete.

Then we needed something to drink. I know, a beer is required. We had some leftover Helio Hefe from Red Lodge Ales that went very well with the pork.
