Beer Review

Torque Wrench is an 8% Imperial/Double IPA brewed by Industrial Arts Brewing Company in Garnerville, New York. Industrial Arts Brewing Company opened up in 2016 and got it's name because it is situated in a pre-Civil War industrial complex in the lower Hudson Valley of New York. They specialize in producing fresh, expressive American-style beers. The Torque Wrench was the first beer I tried from Industrial Arts Brewing Company and I was impressed.

The Can

The Torque Wrench is served in a full pint can. The words 'Torque Wrench' and 'Industrial Arts Brewing Company' are written in a black honeycomb-like design. A line of lime-green wrenches is seen going across the label. Overall, it's a nice looking label for a good beer.

The Beer

The Torque Wrench had a bright yellow and hazy color I when poured it into a glass. The beer had tropical aromas and was full of hoppiness. The Torque Wrench is the double hopped version of Industrial Arts' 'Wrench' IPA. It's juicy flavor did a great job of masking the 8% alcohol content. Overall, it's a great DIPA. I look forward to trying more beers from Industrial Arts Brewing Company in the future!
