Actifit- missed by 1 minute... its a regular post now

Woke up being cuddled by 2 cats! They were happy that we slept in a bit. Harley was by my side and Kimba at my feet.

Had to run some errands this afternoon and decided to take my van in to town. We don't use it too often in the winter because it doesn't handle on snow very well and we try to commute in to work together when possible. I noticed steam rising from under the hood at the first stoplight in town and we went directly to our mechanic's shop which was close by. He took a quick look and added some coolant, then took a closer look and recommended that we bring it in for one of his guys to take a closer look next week. The radiator probably needs replacement... but it might be a head gasket. Luckily for us it was still driveable and we got it home and switched to @lordvdr's Jeep. We will drop the van off tomorrow when I head to the airport and that gives them all week to look at it. Darn it.

A fun thing we had planned for the day was to play Pandemic Season 2 with friends. Unfortunately, we lost 3 games in a row! Next time we will do better!

Then it was off to another friend's Birthday dinner and pizza and beer! I had a Madison River Black Ghost, an oatmeal stout and very good. It is 6.5% and a very smooth beer. Rather sweet as well. In picture on left side.

All the shopping and packing and hanging out sure makes for nice walking days.

Currently watching Kimba attempt to clean Harley, one of his favorite hobbies. She puts up with him SO well.

Since I combined this with a beersaturday post-
I had some good Dragonsbreath beer by Bayern on Tuesday night after a lecture series we have been attending ended.
