Tipples beer review #99 Garage Project Hippity Dippity brett IPA(NZ)

This is a soured IPA, least the 'brett' in the title, it promise hops a but of funk and if the label is anything to go by a very trippy experience

The colour is pure gold, lovely deep golden hue. The smell is like slightly rotten stone fruit, which know doesn't sound appealing at all but is promising.

When I taste beers I like to not judge on the first sip, and this is one of those beers where this is an intelligent approach, because its all sourness, a bite which sits in your mouth.

After the fifth or so sip there are other tones coming through a touch of sweetness from the malt maybe some more traditional hop flavours.

It works as a summer on a balcony type of beer, not sure you could have more than one, but if you are only going to have one beer it might as well be something complex and interesting.
