Beer as fresh as it gets
What I like most about our local microbreweries is the fact that whenever you enjoy one of their beers it's most likely not older than two weeks.
There's always this homemade flavor and subtile variations to it that makes it uniqe from any other beer that gets bottled and shipped before it finally fills your glass.
You can buy those big jugs in different sizes from 1 to 3 liters and get them refilled at any brewery. Quite awesome, innit?
This week I share my most favorite beer from my local brewery. Aside from the mandatory 'pils' and 'export', they also offer a rotation of a whopping 23 seasonal beers. The 'samba' is close to an IPA with a very fruity hop aroma, but it's still very easy drinking with a moderate ABV and IBU.

Looks to me like they will have a beer for every day soon - and every four years the very special 29.02. beer :)
