As usual here at the beach of the baltic sea, there is always some wind. Cool for all the surfers and the kite surfing event we have this weekend.

Facts about the Flensburger beer.
As many beer is named by the city of brewery, this is as well the fact behind the Flens. Flensburg is a city far north of Germany and here the people prefer a “herb” beer and clean beer.

Suprisingly good for a cheap lager. And it comes in a nice bottle.

The Flensburger Pilsener rates overall with just 23 from 100 and comes with an IBU of 38 and just 4.7% Alc.

The Cafe Sorgenfrei is one of my favorite places on this island as the atmosphere is quite relaxed and the view is spectacular!
The other day I had a chance drive around that location by boat and there I did this short time lapse movie.
How to go to Fehmarn for your Flens?
To make it very simple, find Germany at the globe and than look north and search Hamburg and than go further north close to Denmark.

At Fehmarn island we enjoy some great days with even better sunsets.

Flens hat schon was :-) Allein die Werbung (keine Ahnung, ob es die noch gibt) war immer der Hammer. Allerdings komme ich ja aus dem Norden und der Humor ist vielleicht nicht für jeden was.
Schöne Fotos und Infos aus meiner alten Heimat - ich sitze ja im Steem Camp und hier gibt es Lauterbacher ;-)

I love the bottle and the cap, we don't really see those caps here in South Africa!
