Sounds pretty good Uwe! I remember "Christmas Brew" was always a big deal with the adults when I was a kid in Denmark... almost always a very dark-- almost stout-- beer, often designed as an accompaniment to the very "heavy" holiday foods like roast goose.

Holiday beers in the USA seem a little different... more about odd "flavor additives" than anything. "Pumpkin beer," anyone?

    Thanks mate - yeah I realized a lot of adding flavour initiatives over there in the US - the Home of the Sweets. When did you move to the US btw?
