Mayan Sunrise Mexican Chocolate Stout
Mayan Sunrise Mexican Chocolate Stout by latitude 42
It still feels like stout season in Michigan. This American Stout Brewed with 6 different Malts, Oats, Lactose for a silky mouthfeel and horizon hops to complement the earthy, spicy, undertones of the ale.
They used 100% Mexican Chocolate, Guajillo and Ancho Chili’s in the boil along with cinnamon and habaneros in the conditioning tank for a cold soak to top all off with 6 gallons of espresso beans giving this beer a complex flavor and it’s beautiful color.
One of my favorite parts of this beer besides the taste was actually the can.
The label was well crafted and had so many vibrant colors making it appealing the the eye. Over all I was extremely pleased with this beer.
