Mad Tom IPA
Here is another example of a delicious Canadian beer!
I can see how this beer was inspired by late night stories around the fire. Muskoka Mad Tom will instantly grab your attention as it did with me.
Dry-hopped with Chinook and Centennial hops (yum), this IPA has a vibrant aroma, rich color, depth of flavour, and a crisp, citrusy undertow like no other Canadian beer. It’s not you crazy uncle’s good old molson. It’s the sophisticated Canadian beer
So go ahead brace yourself and crack one open for old Mad Tom, who ever he may be.

Haha! I had some of that on Wednesday after sailing. One of my original jams from back at the dawn of my IPA journey.
I also had the https://muskokabrewery.com/beer/twice-mad/ which is all that and more.
Great beer tours to be had this side of the border as well!
I’ve heard about the twice mad from my Canadian friends. That sounds like my jam. Muskoka makes some darn good brews.
