Alpha Beta by Odd Side Ales
If you have seen my previous posts you can tell I can’t get enough of what Odd Side Ales
is brewing. I was particularly attracted to this beer because of the label.
However, I stayed for the flavor. A harmonious blend of hops give this beer a sweet and citrusy aroma, juicy flavor, and a bitter finish.
At 6.5% ABV it has enough of a kick to let you know you are drinking a real beer, but it is light and refreshing so you don’t feel full or bloated.
Honestly, this beer has everything you want in an IPA. I highly recommend it.
