This is super interesting to me. I am not sure I have ever had a beer that was designed to be aged. I love how you approach this so seriously :) I am going to have to see if any of the local breweries make a beer like this. Everything is super hoppy over here though it seems like (Oregon, USA). Cheers

    I have a couple of US beer that I age - namely Sierra Nevada Bigfoot and Founders KBS, but really anything dark and boozy will work.
