Although the brewery has gone through different hands since then, today it is still a family business, and run by the heirs of Bernhard Schadeberg, who acquired it in 1922.

As a curiosity, to comply with the German purity law of 1516, mineral water was used for its elaboration, but since the factory was not near any spring, they had to bring it in carts pulled by oxen from the other side of the city.

The Gaffel Kölsch beer is a blonde beer of the Kölsch style. Originally from Germany, more specifically from the North Rhine-Westphalia Region, it is produced by Privatbrauerei Gaffel Becker & Co, has an alcoholic degree of 4.8 °, the color of Gaffel Kölsch beer is golden and has a white foam. , the aroma of the Gaffel Kölsch beer is malt, with floral and hops notes, it has a Malt flavor, with a slight quality fruit flavor to it.
