As for Stay Puft, I am a big enough fan of ghostbusters and new weird new that I would give it a try.

Seeing your love for Belgian and chocolate, I would suggest checking out Granville Island Brewery. They have dubbels and a winter stout that is chocolatey. http://www.gib.ca/beer/
