Friday beer review: Delta IPA

Delta IPA is a flagship beer from Brussels Beer Project, a craft brewery located in the heart of Brussels. although they also have a taproom in Paris. This beer is brewed using a blend of three different hop varieties, which gives it a unique and intense flavor profile.

The beer has a hazy golden color with a thick and creamy head. It has a citrusy aroma with hints of grapefruit and pine, which prepares the palate for the bold flavors to come. The taste is dominated by a strong hop bitterness, with notes of tropical fruit and resinous pine. The beer has a medium body and a dry finish, which leaves a pleasant bitterness on the tongue.
