Oh, an official month to rip us off. Just kidding. All the pubs here also run some kind of October fest then to get people to drink .
The entire concept is designed for rip-off - it is like the Valentine's Day or Halloween to name two only @ace108
Sadly you're right. All festival or celebration eventually go to that stage.
