Share another post with us when it is carbonated! I love red and dark ales, although I prefer Belgian style of beers. We intend to make a stout in a few months, I will also make a post when we do :D
Sweet. I will do a bottling post and talk about the process for bottle aging probably this weekend. In about two weeks, I will crack open a bottle and give it an unbiased and thoroughly honest rating. Scouts honor. :)
