Hi Steemians! Today I share with you 3 new beers I tasted for you. I try to find and taste local and original beers that's why you can not find them outside of Belgium or it's very difficult.

La Nostradamus

A dark beer with very pronounced anise taste. Brewed at the Caracole Brewery

It is a beer from organic farming

There is a lot of yeast in this beer

Alcohol : 9%

La Dikkenek

The name of this beer comes from a Brussels expression "Dikkenek". It means "big neck" / boastful.
It is also the name of a Belgian film Dikkenek If you understand French do not hesitate to watch this film completely crazy! ^^

This beer is brewed at the Belgoo Brewery at st pieters leeuw.

Alcohol : 6.7%
This beer does not have the banal taste of a pils, but a pronounced bitterness and a touch of fruity taste

Brasserie du Pays Noir

A very young beer but with a lot of character. As its name suggests, it is brewed in Charleroi commonly called "black country" (pays noir) to cause soot on the facade of the houses brought by the smoke from chimneys of the factories.
The image on the label represents the coal mines called "Le bois du Cazier".

La brasserie du Pays Noir

High-fermentation special beer. Alcohol : 7%

The result of an association between five varieties of malt cereal giving it a slightly dark blonde tint.
I think this is my favorite of the three.

To consume with moderation! Cheers!

parfait! Dis moi quoi quand tu as soif :p

Belgium has got hundreds of beer. I'm not surprise there will be many we don't know about.

Thank you for inquiring....yes...to both beer and wine....depending on the occasion. And of course the more you know about them the more capacity you have for them. They are endlessly fascinating from their historie to production to how they should be served.
