I really love this stuff. Berliner Weisse is perfect in some occasions. For instance, after a long night with some following hangover... It's the perfect mate in the morning! Who needs lemonade, when we have this?

The lactic sourness is always a special thing for me... And while I love Brett sours, this kind of sourness is great too! Love to just drop some frozen raspberries into a glass of Berliner Weisse. The sourness of the berries blends perfectly with the beer one.
