C47 tasting
On a resent trip to Denmark I had a chance to revisit tone of my old favorites. Carlsberg's 47 Christmas brew.
First brewed in 1972 Celebrating Carlsberg's 125 anniversary.
This Bock style seasonal beer pours clear dark amber with minimal head.
Rich nutty undertones and pleasant hoppy bitterness. Strong in alcohol and personality.
Loved it then, love it now!
