Terrific initiative my friend. Living as I do in Sth America, I am surrounded in chemical beers - there are boutiques cropping up but... with import duties running at 45%, even the locals have trouble with costs. Hops are nigh impossible to grow due to prevailing conditions too complex to explain here. Mead is the local home brewers go-to solution.
