Sounds like a good white, and you provided a very solid description! I will have to do some research to see where I can find it in the U.S. Look forward to trying some Indian beers and I'm thinking Indian food sounds really good right now xD.

Try indian food but a bit carefully, a few U.S. friends got loose stomach when they took too much indian food inside their digestive system...hehe
