My Flens weekend
As we stay a few days at the north of Germany 🇩🇪 we have the home of the Flensburger brewery close by. So I used this chance to taste all the different flavors of Flensburger.
Edles Helles
This one is not so bitter as the original Flensburger beer but has as well the typical taste of a Flensburger.
Frei
This one is for the driver and all of you who don't like alcohol but as well the taste of a beer.
Radler
A mix of beer and lemonade is the right drink for the sunny afternoon and has a refreshing moment with not so much alcohol.
Dunkel
Every brand should have a dark (dunkel) beer as this taste normally a bit more like the malt.
Gold
The gold comes with a fresh taste that makes you ask for the next one just after the first sip.
The traditional Flensburger
Well known is this one. The typical taste of the Flensburger is a bit bitter but fresh.

The best place
to enjoy a nice beer is such a place close to the beach and safe from the constant wind we have here at the coast.

Flensburger is pretty high in my beer ranking as well and I really love Plopp-bottles.
In Düsseldorf we have a local 1l-Plopp-bottle though that beats Flensburger in style and taste ;)

Aye! Das ist doch mal ein Wort. Ich weiß nur nicht ob man in der Schumacher Kneipe in Ddorf auch Flaschen bekommt. Bei Schumacher ist der Unterschied zwischen Flasche und Fass nicht allzu groß.
Also wir können es wie die coolen Kids halten und unsere Flaschen an der Rheinpromenade trinken oder halt direkt ins Schumacher Brauhaus, deine Entscheidung. Sag nur früh genug Bescheid, ich werde wohl bald nicht mehr allzu häufig in der Heimat sein wegen nem neuen Job.
Lass uns mal was für Anfang September ins Auge fassen und gern am Rhein.
Da war doch noch ein Treffen offen.... Hast Du Bock auf das nächste Meetup nach Aachen zu kommen. Belgisches Bier bringe ich mit!
