I just found out the tags #beer and #beersaturday here on steemit. I'm a beer connoisseur and I love it, I've already drunk some beers, something like 300 different labels and I'll share my thoughts about the ones I like, information about them, styles, and so on, if you want to know about beer you came to the right place.

Knowing the beer

Before we start, let me explain something. If you aren't used to drink beer and/or get to know what you are drinking you have a point of view about the beer, in the other hand if you have this custom you will have a completely different experience.

Then you ask me, why I would pay 4 times the price of a regular beer if I can have the regular ones? My answer to that is simple, why you cook special meals in some occasions? Why not a fruit or just a sandwich?

Every occasion asks for a kind of beer. I know that exists the beer harmonization with certain types of meals, combinations and all of sorts. I personally don't care much about it, just go along with a beer that I like when I do a dish that I like. I recognize this kind of knowledge and can say that if you can do that you are in the highest level of beer knowledge, and other drinks like coffee or wine.

Ok, let's have a beer? Before that one more thing. Exists levels of beer knowledge and you experience with the beer will vary from your palate. I like to divide in these categories "completely inedible", "Every beer has the same taste", "It's different but I don't know why", "I can identify the style", and " I can identify every nuance of the aroma and taste".

If you are in the first one thinking that beer is completely inedible, there is a possibility that you didn't find out what style you like, or you don't like beer at all. I recommend you to give it a shot to see if you start liking it. I myself went from that to the "every one have the same taste" stage in wines.

If you are in the second stage you are wrong, but going in the right direction, try it new beers and styles and you might go for the next stage. This is applied to the third one too.

If you are in the highest levels congratulations, sit here and let's have a drink, I accept suggestions of new beers.

Style: Hefe-Weizenbier
Bitterness: Low
Alcoholic strength: 5%

This is a very good beer, it follows the German purity law, only using in your composition malt, water, hops and yeast. Turbid and creamy, one of the styles that I like most. Not too bitter and refreshing. This style is one of the most used to introduce to someone that is starting in the beer field, because is slightly sweetened, with notes of banana and clove, different from the regular beers that are bitter or watery.

This beer earned the prize of Best European Wheat Beer Award.

Sou um conhecedor e amante de cerveja, já tomei algumas por ai, algo em torno de 300 rótulos, vou compartilhar com vocês algumas que mais gostei e algumas informações sobre elas, estilos e tudo mais, se você quer conhecer cerveja está no lugar certo.

Conhecendo a cerveja

Antes de começarmos quero explicar algo. Se você não tem o costume de tomar cervejas variadas e pesquisar/conhecer o que você toma vai ter uma visão sobre a cerveja que está tomando, se tem esse costume vai ter uma experiência totalmente diferente.

Ai você me pergunta, porque eu pagaria 4x o preço de uma cerveja comum de massa se posso tomar essas baratas? Minha resposta para esse tipo de pergunta é simples, porque você faz comidas especiais e trabalhadas para certas ocasiões? Porque não servir só um sanduíche ou uma fruta?

Toda ocasião tem uma cerveja indicada. Existe a questão de harmonização da cerveja com alimentos, combinações e tudo mais. Eu pessoalmente não ligo muito para isso, costumo acompanhar um prato que gosto com uma cerveja que gosto, mas reconheço este tipo de conhecimento e posso dizer que é o ponto mais alto de conhecimento de cerveja, e até mesmo outras bebidas como vinho e café.

Ok, vamos tomar uma? Antes disso mais uma coisa, existem níveis de conhecimento e sua experiência vai variar conforme seu paladar. Eu gosto de separar nas categorias "completamente intragável", "tudo tem o mesmo gosto de cerveja", "é diferente mas não sei porque", "consigo identificar o estilo", "consigo identificar cada aroma e sabor da cerveja".

Se você está no primeiro, achando cerveja completamente intragável, existe a possibilidade de ou você não encontrou o tipo de cerveja que gosta ou simplesmente não gosta de cerveja, recomendo dar uma chance para algumas para ver se pega o gosto. Eu por exemplo passei agora desse estágio para o estágio "tudo tem o mesmo gosto" nos vinhos.

Se você está no segundo você está redondamente enganado, mas está no caminho, experiente mais cervejas e novas que talvez passe para o próximo passo, isto vale para o terceiro passo também.

Se você já está nos níveis mais altos parabéns, sente ai e tome uma cerveja, aceito sugestões de novas cervejas.

Uma ótima cerveja, bem ao estilo da lei de pureza alemã, apenas usando em sua composição malte, água, lúpulo e levedura. Turva e cremosa, um dos estilos que mais gosto. Não é muito amarga e bem refrescante. Este estilo de cerveja é um dos principais para apresentar para pessoas que estão iniciando no ramo cervejeiro, já que é levemente adocicada, com notas de cravo e banana, diferente das cervejas comuns que são ou amargas ou aguadas.

Esta cerveja ganhou o prêmio de melhor cerveja de trigo da Europa.
