I don’t know why this line stuck in my memory… Must be I tend to daydream too much! :)

Anyway, I got home from work and thought of @meesterboom’s adventures on Ibiza. If he is on an island I can at least pretend to have as much fun.

My designated island is Vis in Southern Adriatic, hence the name - Viško beer!

Style	American Pale Ale
Country	Vis, Croatia / Norway

Appearance	Orange color, cloudy body, minimal head, - deep color makes me feel it is tasty from the start.
Aroma	Herbs, grass, spruce, leaves, mostly strong hops and some yeast! Decent but not overwhelming
Taste	Profound taste: medium bitterness, medium sourness, umami, very salty! Salt lingers on, and on, and on.... In a pleasant way.
Palate	Medium body, oily feel, quite comfortable feel, lively carbonation, astringent long finish. You feel it long time after swallowing.

Overall	Not a beer for lager lover that's for sure. It is salty as feck and it lingers. You need to know what you are getting into. If you steadied your nerves it is a smooth sail to your destination! Not the best of the bunch but pretty good!

Price: 15 kuna (2.30$) for 0.33l. Medium-range. Bought in a store.
