This Cider Tastes Just Like Apple Crumble !!!
Zeffer - "Apple Crumble Cider" From New Zealand actually taste like you are drinking apple crumble, and its amazing!
If you follow my posts you will know that I am a bit of a fan of interesting flavoured beers and ciders, and jump at the chance to try something new. One of my favourites is the Brother's Toffee Apple Cider, but this apple crumble drop I tried from Zeffer tonight was seriously delicious.
ZEFFER APPLE CRUMBLE CIDER
Established for almost 10 years now, Zeffer was the result of some New Zealand winemakers wanting to try their hand at making high quality cider with the best local fruit. They wanted to make something they were not only proud to put their name too, but would also want to drink. Distribution originally was through local farmers markets in rural New Zealand, and now here we are a short while later and I am buying it on the tap in Bangkok Thailand. What a success story!
THE TASTE
This deliciously fresh cider has been infused with cinnamon, vanilla and blackberry leaves. These make this taste like the liquid equivalent of freshly baked apple crumble & vanilla ice cream. It really does taste like it and its amazing. I could drink this all night, it really is that good. At 5.4% alc. volume its about the same as a regular beer or cider and the flavour is full and rich.

A lot of tastes can be mixed one with another, to fit your exact preferences in the cider's flavor. I like to do that, time to time. By the way, of course you can spend a lot of time looking for a great resources, where you can purchase cider, and where you can read some useful information about it, but based on my own preferences, I can recommend you this cider tesco guide, which I could find pretty helpful for those people, who truly love cider.
