International Pancake Day is on the same day as Mardi Gras and Shrove Tuesday
International Pancake Day is a thing, believe it or not. It is celebrated on Shrove Tuesday the day before the first day of Lent. Lent is a Christian tradition of fasting about six weeks long before Easter.

I didn't know that the pancake had its day but something as delicious is well deserved, sometimes I eat mine with butter and some grated white cheese I love the mixture of sweet with salty. Does anyone have any other combination?
