The proverb says, “A thing of beauty is a joy forever”. And as we know, everybody wants to keep himself or herself as evergreen, ever youth also seeks for a beautiful appearance.

Here In the title I used a word that is “Complexion” which means skin, facial appearance, features etc. Are you dreaming for dewy-soft and skin soft or spot free? And looking for valuable tricks or tips how others maintain his or her beauty then please follow my beauty tips for men or women here. At this stage I don’t want to consume your valuable time, so let’s see what are ways to develop your complexion, which appended below:

Your clean face is a mirror: To protect your face do facials or cleans up once in every 2 months. If you have oily skin then Keep your face always clean and wash your face with cool water and this practice will give you spot free/blackhead face. In this regard eat plenty amount of clean water, eat balanced food, use natural beauty products, lead anxiety or stress free life. Keep in mind that face is the mirror/index of mind. People at first watch your face!

Peoples love your beauty and smiley faces: Say if you’re not stressed, anxiety free but peoples love to watch your smiley face your beauty! How can it possible to maintain both always ? Try to follow the formula of “Quantum” that is the science of living also which teaches to learn how to be always happy or disease free!

Need to drink an optimal amount of clean water: If you drink 8 to 10 glasses of water it’ll help to to wash out/cleaning up your face your body.

Take care of your hair: In our daily life , we have to move every now and then. Your hair may carry dust, dandruff and oil so take care of your hair with natural shampoo, hair gel, conditioner and use vitamin c and E-Cap for better shining your hair.

Maintain balance or health diet: To enjoy the real beauty please follow the balance diet or a healthy diet. For this, you may meet your health physician/consultant.

Do exercise: Daily exercise will certainly assist you to develop your complexion , it will change or reshape your body, reduces your extra fat, obese health etc. So, daily 30 minutes to 1 hours walking or physical exercise can helpful. Yoga may play a vital role here.
