My tips to say goodbye to your arm flabs
For some, summer time is already here and are probably getting out all their sleeveless shirts to beat the heat.
Here I would like to show you guys some moves to make your arms more toned and firm.
First Move:
Stretch both of your arms behind your back, then turn both of your palms facing up. After, let your hands turn left and right. Do this for 30 times.
P.S. Make sure your back is straight and your face is towards the front.
Second Move:
Lift up your arm and use your thumb to massage your arm from your wrist to the armpit area. Do this 15 times for each arm.
Third Move:
Hold your arm in a 90-degree position and again use your thumb to massage your inner arm up and down. Do this 15 times for each arm.
Fourth Move:
Hold your arm in a 90-degree position. Use your hand and thumb to turn your inner arm area to the outer. Do this 15 times for each arm.
P.S Do not use too hard of a grip.
