To all of the women out there, you should always take care of yourself even if you are already married have kids, do not have enough time because of your family.

The Golden rule “Always make time for yourself”.

It makes me sad to see a women who is losing her confident because of what she looks.

These are the tips that might be helpful.

1.Drink plenty of water.

Water can Help Control Calories. Dieters have been drinking lots of water as a weight loss strategy. Helps keep skin looking good. Dehydration makes your skin look drier and wrinkled, which can be improved with proper hydration, and it can help your body to cleanse all the toxins.

Based on a research you don’t have to drink 8 glasses of water every day. Researcher Michael Farrell from Monash University in Australia said:

‘If we just do what our body demands us to we’ll probably get it right – just drink according to thirst rather than an elaborate schedule,’

2.Exercising every day can help your body to be fit.

If you do not have enough time just 3 mins would be enough. Just make sure that you are going to sweat.

Regular exercise is a big part of a healthy lifestyle and you should commit to it for a longer life.

3.Food

What you eat can affect your hormone balance, cause acne, and create or lessen inflammation, which is associated with skin aging.

Diet really does affect your complexion. Eat fresh fruits, greens, sufficient protein and vitamins. A diet rich in vitamin C and low in fats and sugar promotes radiant skin. Consider a low-sugar diet, which can keep insulin levels down, allowing cells to maintain a healthy balance.

4.Beauty Sleep

Try to sleep 8 hours every night. If you don’t get enough sleep your skin gets tired just like you - it sags and you get bags. Before going to bed wash your face first and use mild cleanser then apply moisturizer.

Aside from that I take Myra E or any vitamin E. Make sure that if you were taking vitamin E you should also take vitamin C to make it more effective.

I personally use kojic acid (soap) I use whitening lotion but I do not use it when I am going outside I use Sunscreen instead. When it comes to my face I use a cleanser (Eskinol) and a moisturizer (Myra E), before going to bed I use this Jeju Aloe Vera soothing gel after cleaning my face.
