There Are Valleys But Nothing Matches Beauty Of Kashmir#
Well, let me take you to one of the most beautiful site of Pakistan filled with green vast plains, mountain peaks covered with snow, land of lakes, to where not a single Km of road is paved, the place is also known as “Piece Of Heaven” officially its known “Neelum Valley” situated in the heart of Azad Kashmir, the journey started from Lahore and I partnered with my university fellows we left for Rawalpindi by Train from Lahore 11:30 in Night, what other wants when you are in train having smokes along your buddies, the journey took 5Hrs of standing and finally we reached Rawalpindi at 6Am,
1.Muzaffarabad
Road side dhabbas always prove marvelous in travelling we took breakfast and then started our journey towards Muzafarabad, Capital city of Azad Kashmir through a local bus at 7Am in morning and reached the city at 10Am, the road side sight seeing is excellent during the journey from Rawalpindi to Muzarfarbad , the capital city has a lot to offer to its visitors the view of the city from centuries of year old Red Fort , the city is in between Neelum river and Jhelum river and their intersection point “Do Mail” present beautiful view, the historic temple in the city adds beauty, the local foods and the local culture is at its peak, the day was not over yet as we have decided to reach Kel by evening and we left the city at 1Pm, the journey is full of unpatched roads a journey of 155Kms ended by 8pm due to high altitude and offroad conditions, in mere 19Hrs we were on 6879ft from 717ft ,The Kel is located near Line of Control, There are frequent landslides during Summers, and Snow slides on this road during winters. In winters all the routes are blocked and it is very difficult to reach there. All these factors combined made it one of the most difficult places to reach, the temperature there ranges btwn 13C in day and goes to as low as 4C in month of Sept. We spend the night in Kel
2.Taobat
We left early for Taobat in the morning ,its is the last place where Pakistani Force Are still in control after this city Indain Occupied Kashmir lies, 39 kilometers (24 mi) from Kel. It is the last station in Neelum valley.It is also the nearest location from where Kishenganga river enters Pakistani territory and becomes River Neelum. Taobat is accessible from Kel by unmetalled road. A Motel of AJK Tourism and Archeology Department and a small number of hotels with meager resources are located there for tourists stay.

Once You Are In Taobat People are Jovial and the consider a tourist as their guest, two rivers flow here which then merge into Neelum River one is Gagai Nala & Kishanganga

3.Arang Kel
After spending a night at local hotel we headed towards Arang Kel, It is located on the hill top above Kel at the altitude of 8,379 feet (2,554 m) feet. The town is available by a 2 kilometers (1.2 mi) trek from Kel. The area can likewise be gotten to by a kilomter long Chairlift administrated by Pak Amry. Arang Kel Birch Forest, habitat of the endangered Musk Deer, From here one can easily see the Mountains of Shounter Valley
4.Kel
It was morning of day 5 and we traveled back to Kel and the after lunch we headed back to Muzafarbad through local service,and it started raining and we reached Lahore on Morning Of Monday.
