A Warm Stroll Along a Garden - Beautiful Sunday

What better it is to start a Beautiful Sunday by taking a stroll along a garden. Feel the warmth of sunshine and smell the morning scent. Small details in life which sometimes we never notice around us.

This flower is called locally here as Santan also know as Red Ixora. When I was a kid I used to pick one of the flowers and at the bottom you would see a thin thread like stem. I would slowly pull it down and out comes a dew like nectar which is sweet tasting. All the kids did it and don't know if its poisonous but I'm still here.

What a great spot to relax, read a book or think about all the contents you could share in Steemit. Not sure what the name of the tree is but it sure is shady and I love the light green leaves.

Look down below and you would also see beauty. Like this tiny rose like flower. I do not know what it is called but it grows around the area like wild.

Now who would not know the name of this flower? Water lily in an old antique humongous cauldron very nostalgic touch. Those wide lily pads where frogs could bask in the sun but no frogs on this one.

Sometimes we need to just stop for a moment and look around us. With all the stress we have in life we sometimes need to take a break and just savor our surroundings. Thanks for taking a short stroll with me today.
