Walk on the ice of the Neva river / Прогулка по льду Невы

At the end of February, there were severe frosts, and the Neva froze. Ice is very thick and strong, walking along it is a pleasure. Unfortunately, it is impossible to cross this way from one bank to another, the icebreaker is regularly launched along the center of the river. Especially attractive for walking is the Palace Bridge (in the last photo). Although the ice under it is very slippery and it is difficult to pass. At least, it is difficult to pass, never falling down :)

В конце февраля ударили сильные морозы, и Нева замёрзла. Лёд очень толстый и прочный, гулять по нему — одно удовольствие. К сожалению, переправиться таким образом с одного берега на другой не получится, по центру реки регулярно запускают ледокол. Особенно привлекателен для гуляющих Дворцовый мост ( на последней фотографии). Хотя лёд под ним очень скользкий и пройти трудно. По крайней мере, трудно пройти, ни разу не упав:)
